Our Quality Concept

Our company carefully conducts infrastructure works regarding ‘Food Safety’ and quality. We have TS EN ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System certificate which carries the quality level of our products to international standards. This certificate identifies administration of hazard analysis and critical control point for healthy and safe food production in the food sector and formation of quality management system.

Our workers are regularly put under medical examination and our facility is audited periodically for hygiene by an expert audit company. Cold chain is as important as hygiene in fisheries. We pay attention to keep the cold chain during transport and storage of goods.

Our company controls warehouse and production temperatures with a data logger system which records temperatures constantly and gives alarm in undesired temperatures, and works with professional frigorific logistic companies using the same system for transport of the goods.
