Saithe is imported fresh from our Norwegian partner Hallvard Lerøy. Saithe Fish lives in open seas in depths up to 300 meters and it is very suitable for fresh/frozen fillet portion or steak use. Saithe Fish which is a rich protein source also contains high amount of vitamin B12 and selenium. Fresh Saithe is imported from Norway within 4 days with frigorific trucks between 0ºC / +2ºC degrees. |
