Frozen Stuffed Mussels 500 g
Production Information | During the supply, the mussels are seperated into two groups as fresh and frozen. Fresh mussels come clean in sealed styrofoam or carton boxes. Internal temperature of the products should be between 0, +4˚C. Frozen mussels come clean and packed in sealed carton boxes. Internal temperature of the products should be -18˚C. First of all, unopened mussels are washed and all of the capillaries are removed. Then the mussels are boiled and the shells opened. The mussels are stuffed with a heat treated mixture of rice, onion, garlic, cumin, allspice, black pepper and salt. Finally the products are packed with MAP and frozen to be ready for distribution to the market. |
